How any times a week should I be doing the workouts?

I recommend doing the workout outs 4-5 times a week in first and second trimester and 3-4 times a week in third trimester.


Should I be combining the workout videos?

The program is designed to give you exactly what you need on each given day based on how your body feels. On the days you have more energy, you can combine or repeat videos for a full hour workout. On other days, you may feel like you can only do 10 minutes and that is great too! The goal is to listen to your body.


Do I need to use equipment?

For the program you will need a light set of dumbbells (2-5 pounds), a mat, a resistance band and access to a chair.


How much space do I need?

You will need enough space to be able to roll out a mat. That’s all!


How heavy should my dumbbells be?

The program is based on muscular endurance, which means it is focused on higher reps and lighter weight. I would recommend 2-5 pounds.

Once you make your purchase, head over to “Member Access” in the menu bar. All videos and e-books will be there.

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is different and they range from 6 minutes – 25 minutes. Pick and choose the videos based on how you are feeling and mix and match if you want to exercise for longer.
